Our commitment

Faceo Studio processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679), the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), and each school's own policies.

Student photos

• Sessions take place only within the framework agreed with the school.
• No photo of a child is published, on this site or elsewhere, without the written consent of their parents or legal guardians.
• Any published photo is removed upon request.
• Photos are never passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.
• Specific terms (retention, family access, print orders) are set out in the agreement made with each school.

This website

The contact form collects your name, school, email, phone number and message. This information is used only to answer your request: it is never sold or passed on to third parties, nor used for advertising. This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies.

The WhatsApp button only opens WhatsApp if you click it; your conversation is then governed by WhatsApp's terms.

Your rights

You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@faceostudio.com. We reply as soon as possible. You may also contact the data protection authority of your country.
